Report of the Trustees for the year to December 31[st] 2021 

This is the first report of the trustees of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation Registered with the Charity Commission number 1194020 – Village Hall Fleckney. 

There have been delays in setting up this new CIO, and the transferring of assets from the original unincorporated charity 521418 of the same name. Partially hindered by the Covid-19 pandemic, the transfer of the property was delayed because the land had not been registered with the Land Registry due to the length of time that the charity had the holding of the property. This involved having plans of the property surveyed and drawn up. These will be submitted to the Land Registry in the New Year along with a copy of the Vesting Document from the original charity Holding Trustees after it is signed. 

Costs involved with the transfer are agreed and borne by the original charity. 

A bank account has been set up with Co-0perative Bank PLC. To date, no funds have been transferred into that account and therefore no financial transactions have been made. 

The Trustees are kept up to date of the ongoing situation as they are also trustees of the original charity, an AGM will be held in 2022.
