Ovér the p8St 12 months the CMO has und6rtaken a relendertng &xer¢lsè for the estate management sewices.
Followng this process the successful bidder, Black Man8gem8nt UK Ltd was appolnlad on 20 March 2025. Our new
aslate manager has worked hard lo become aware of all aspecls of the site armj whilst there were some Issues in thi5
process we are looklng forward to thls new working reL1t￿nshIp.
The CMO is currently eKplortng a meanwhlle use for the land on the Barretts 51te whlch will eventually be allocated as
allotmènts. As this us8 is someway in th8 future th8 possibllity of oth8r cornmunlty use8 are being explored.
Alfftough the sustsinatA8 drainag8 sysl8rn known as the Lake 81 the Hodson D8v81opm8nt si18 has nol be8n hand8d
ower for ownershlp. The CMO wort(ed In partnership wilh Hodson Development io irnprove the natural en%4ronment by
cbaring the reeds which had become overgrown In ￿rtaIn areas.
The Comrnunity Cabin use by r8sid&nls rem8ins fow. several Initlallves sueh as Yoga ancl exerose classes in the
#v?nlng% havè not gen8r8ted 8nough inter8St to b8 SUStain8bl8. This was dlsappointing hi)wev8r, knrilh the soon to bo
occupied apartments in this area the CMO wll try 9gain this y&8r to generate some inler&sl in regular use. Th2 board
