Ross on Wye Lions Club was formed in 1971 and is part of Lions Clubs
International. (Became CIO in 20211
As a service Club our aim is to support needy individuals and
organisations in the community by raising funds or by giving setvice, also
supporting humanitarian needsldisasters across the world, through Lions
International.
To promote the principles of good governance and good citizenship.

Ross on Wye Lions Club raised funds through activities such as running
charity shop, bucket collections, Beer & Cider Festival and firework
night event.
We funded needy causes such as.. Food hampers, wheelchairs, First
Responders, JKHS, Action Buss, Acorns Hospice, Basement Trust
Hereford Hospital, Blood Bikes, Ukraine Stoves, Bed for Alfie, Shed for
School, Heating Oil for hard up family
The Trustees consider they have complied with their duty to have due
regard to the commissions public benefit when exercising any powers of
duty lo which guidance is relevant.
