New Europeans Association Ltd (New Europeans UK) is a UK charity which informs, educates and empowers EU citizens in the UK and Britons in Europe by providing advice, campaigning and conducting research as well as by building the capacity of community organisations to meet the needs of EU citizens. We also act as the secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Citizens Rights.
Objects: The Objects Of The Association Are, For The Public Benefit:(a) To Relieve The Needs Of EU And Eea Citizens Resident In The UK And UK Citizensresident In The EU And Eea Who Are In Need, By Reason Of Age, Ill-Health,disability, Financial Hardship, Homelessness, Being Victims/survivors Ofdomestic Violence, Or Being Victims Of Human Trafficking, By The Provision Ofadvice And Counsel, Education, Information And Support On Lawfully Retaining Orobtaining The Right To Reside And Work In The UK And/or In The EU And Eea.(b) To Advance Education In Ways That Serve To Develop The Capacity And Skills Ofeu And Eea Citizens Resident In The UK To Participate In Its Civic And Democraticlife.(c) To Advance The Education Of The Public, Specialist Organisations And Personssubject To UK Immigration Control And Their Dependants In Order To Promoteassistance And To Support The Inclusion Of Migrants, Refugees And Asylumseekers Into The Wider Community.
