**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN HALTON, KNOWSLEY, LIVERPOOL, ST HELENS AND SEFTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES, EQUIPMENT AND SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING ANCILLARY TO THOSE PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES FOR PRIMARY AND URGENT CARE SERVICES.

**Activities:** Our main object is to relieve sickness and preserve the health among people residing permanently or temporarily in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens and Sefton and surrounding areas by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and professional training ancillary to those provided by the statutory authorities for primary and urgent care services.
