Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

3[rd] April 22: We had a health and well-being event in Colindale providing diabetes check, health advisory service and Covid vaccination, working in collaboration with Brent Health Matters from Brent Place-based Partnership and Oriental Chinese Chinese Group.

Community cultural events over the year, including the celebration of Chinese/Lunar New Year 2023 with our diverse communities

On 1[st] Feb 2023, our Chair was attended a reception at Buckingham Palace, by invitation by the King and Queen, to celebrate the British ESEA in UK.

30.03.23: Working together positively to improve well-being of our communities. In collaborative working with Chinese Welfare Trust, the Frank Soo Foundation, Hendon Football Club and Silver Jubilee Park Stadium, we had an event at Silver Jubilee Park Stadium, focussing on Raising Dementia Awareness, cultural dances and emphasising on physical sports- football for all ages from a range of communities to improve physical and mental health and well-being

On 8[th] March 2023, our Chair was invited by CVS Brent, to speak on Women’s Health at the Unity centre, Harlesden.

Throughout the year, we have provided advisory services and helped in translating and interpretation (Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese/English) and provided free health advice and enable unregistered residents to register with GPs
