Including and not limited to Prescription Delivery for the housebound, Uniform and Baby Bank, Practical Support, Information Signposting, Community Information Point, Outreach and Wellbeing Team, Support, Mental Health Support and Workshops.
Objects: The Relief Of Charitable Need For The Public Benefit In The Community Of Alford And The County Of Lincolnshire.1: Providing A Link For The Community With Local And National Governmental Bodies, Health And Social Authorities And Third Sector Organisations.2: Supporting Members Of The Community Who Require Assistance As A Result Of Ill Health, Infirmity Or Disability Whether Arising From A Physical Or Mental Cause, Age, Isolation, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage;3: Assisting To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of Members Of The Community So As To Make Them Better Able To Identify And Meet Their Needs Themselves And So Participate More Fully In Society;4: Providing A Resource To Receive And Disseminate Information In Furtherance Of These Objects; And 5: Such Other Services As May Be Required In Pursuance Of These Objects As Shall Be Deemed To Be For Charitable Purposes.
