Recently,with the effects| issued by the Charity of COVID a local charity, that met this need Commission on public for children, has closed leaving many families benefit without much needed respite. Wirral’s local assessment of need (2016) states that there are 1660 school aged children on the Wirral with an Education, Health Care Plan and 56.4% of these children are placed within specialist schools which highlights the amount of families in need. commission approval, it will be shortly

ability to secure a play site and office to
operate from.
For the short, medium and long term we have
completed budgets and projections to secure a
fully working site based on income from
charging fees on each child or young adult
attending, we are also in the process of
applying to secure funding from charities and
Trusts set up to assist charities such as ours in
the local communities.
We envisage that we will be making a strong
and positive contribution to the local
community by offering support and places to
families that have lost the equivalent SEND &
PMLD centres that were provided previously by
the Local council and governments and have
