## **Financial Review**
The charity remained inactive throughout the financial year ended 2025. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred during the reporting period. The charity did not undertake any fundraising activities, receive grants or donations, or incur operational or administrative costs.
The trustees continued to fulfil the charity's statutory responsibilities and maintained oversight of the charity while its activities remained temporarily paused.

## **Reserves Policy**
As the charity was inactive throughout the reporting period, no reserves were generated or utilised. The trustees will review the charity's financial position should activities resume in future.
## **Plans for Future Periods**
The trustees intend to keep the charity under review and will consider recommencing charitable activities when appropriate resources, trustee capacity and funding become available. Until that time, the charity will continue to meet its legal and regulatory obligations while remaining operationally inactive.
