These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items recognised at cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant note(s) to these accounts.

Note 1 Donations and legacies to the church came from general giving 

The majority of income was unrestricted; A separate fund to relieve poverty and need was set up for donors to specify if they wish There were no government grants

The Charity relies on volunteers who provide services to enable the charity to function (see note 4 above)
