## **The trustees’ annual report** 

Trustees do not have to use the pro forma to write their annual report but the form includes all the information trustees must provide and gives an opportunity to provide further optional information if the trustees so wish. 

The ‘ **Summary of the main activities undertaken’** also includes confirmation that the trustees have had regard to our guidance on public benefit when planning the charity’s activities. ## Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during this period.** A number of Birthday parties were conducted at our premises that raised more than £175 per event for our Centre. The Farsi classes has immensely improved this year. The number of pupils from 10 has jumped to approximately 50 and we are hoping to increase next year too. The Graduation parties were conducted at our premises that raised more than £390 per event for our Centre. The cultural events such as Yalda night, Mehregan and so on celebrations did not take place this year due to events happening in Iran. A Kurdish event that took place was a success. In this event lovely people from the Kurdistan region of Iran enjoyed their gathering. Classes: The Yoga classes/sessions were attended by over a dozen members and we are now looking into providing other classes in other activities. Xmas parties were also took place at our centre which raised money for the PCC. Fundraising: There is a donation boxe at the centre and so far we have earned about £185. Local business MYA, similar to last year donated: Funds, Persian carpets, Cutlery, for the centre.
