The trustees of Cylch Meithrin Talwrn are pleased to present their report together with the unaudited financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 March 2024. All trustees give their time voluntarily and receive no remuneration or other benefits (apart from limited travelling expenses)

During the year the Trustees have acted in close liaison with Mudiad Meithrin Wales in connection with many of their activities.

In planning activities for the year, the Trustees keep in mind the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit at their meetings.

Trustees Responsibilities

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

This report is prepared in accordance with the special provisions for small companies subject under Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006. This report was approved by the trustees
