## Annual Trustees Report 

A virtual meeting was held on Thursday 24[th] October 

Those involved; Niall Farrell, Richie Ghent, Krissy Douglas, Tim Plumbe, Mark Bloomer, Bill Etheridge 

The decision was taken to wind down the charity and suspend all new activity immediately 

Bill Etheridge and Richie Ghent completed the final coaching sessions and projects by 10[th] March 2025. This was done despite promised funds not arriving 

The decision was taken for the board of trustees to be dissolved and all responsibility for any outstanding issues to be handled by Bill Etheridge 

This meeting was the official winding down motion for the charity

Audit statement for the year 2024 

Based upon : 

i). Completed year end accounts for 2023 to 2024. ii). Selected on site location visits. 

As an independent auditor I have attended, participated and assessed sessions in the following two locations. RG Boxing Gym Bilston. Duncan Edwards Centre Dudley. 

In all instances each session was punctual, prompt and professionally organised. It was clear any participant was given an excellent opportunity to develop a greatly improved level of fitness. 

Each session was tailored to the needs of the various attendees regardless of age, gender and physical abilities. 

Mental Health Coaching: 

It was usual for this service to be provided after the physical training process. The two sessions I attended as an observer at the Duncan Edwards Centre were exemplary. It must be noted that this potential for self awareness compliments the physical program excellently. 

Conclusion : 

During the sessions I witnessed I saw only trustworthy, reliable and effective training for improving physical and mental health.
