**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:3.1 TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COACHING TRAINING, EQUIPMENT AND KIT IN ORDER TO PLAY THE SPORT OF RUGBY (AND OTHER BALL SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION WORLDWIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND3.4 TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** we aim to provide coaching and activities for disadvantaged children within the UK and other countries  including Fiji, Kenya and South Africa. The base sport is rugby but we aim to build expertise and representation across a range of sports to include netball, football, cricket and basketball. we hope to provide sports  equipment to include boots and shoes & team kit to take part in sport
