ANNUAL REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31[st] DECEMBER 2024
These accounts run from1[st] January 2024 to 31[st] December 2024.
The Trustees present their report with the financial statement, prepared using receipts and payments, for the year ended 31[st] December 2024.
Structure, Governance and Management
The charity was registered on 23[rd] March 2021, and is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (‘CIO’). Four charity trustees manage the affairs of the CIO.
Objectives and Activities
The objects of the CIO are to promote and uphold the principles of the Christian Faith and to relieve poverty, sickness, need or hardship to any person without prejudice in Sierra Leone, or other parts of the world as the trustees may from time to time consider appropriate.
Achievements, Performance and Public Benefit
The CIO continues to work with Pastors and Leaders from around the Kailahun District of Sierra Leone, the work is now spreading from Kailahun to other districts. Over the reporting period the Leaders and Pastors from the newer communities we have connected with came together once a month for training days. The transport costs were covered, and a meal was provided. Pastor Ken Fullah and his team continue to connect with and receive updates from those who have been involved in the training previously.
Lorraine and Alastair Patience visited Sierra Leone twice during the accounting period. April 2024 and Oct / Nov 2024. During the April trip, they, along with Pastor Ken Fullah and his team conducted three 1- day #NoPlaceLeft Training events. They also travelled to Kono District to do a 4-day Watchmen International, Spiritual Transformation Training Programme, which saw 40 Pastors and leaders being trained.
It was great to be able to do a one-day training for those who would be involved in the Nyanyahun, Lifewater Village Distribution in November.
The trustees visited ‘The Promised Land’ to see the progress that is being made. The Caretaker’s House is now completed, and all legalities have been finalised. It is very exciting to see the land development moving forward.
In November the main focus of the visit was for the Lifewater Distribution which saw 150 households receive Lifewater Kits, this means that between 800 and 1,000 people will benefit from clean and safe drinking water for years to come.
The #NoPlaceLeft work is now starting to spread and has three small groups meeting in homes in Freetown.
The CIO plans to expand the work into several new communities during 2025.

Financial Review
The CIO has free reserves of £2,598.52 at the end of the year and has sufficient funds to meet its liabilities.
No funds are in deficit.
