Hart Lions Club also operated a separate Registered Charrtable Tfust No. 1035726. In March 2021 Hart Lh)ns Club registered Charity Commission (Reg. No. 11938881 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. A foTraI agreement was made by the Trustees for assets and liabilities of Hart Lions Club and Hart Lions Club Charitable Trust to be transferred in total to Hart onS Club ICIOI. Truslees: Appoinbnents effective 1* Juty each year are agreed by Membets of Hart Lions Club (CIO) at the Annual General Meeb"ng. Elected Officers. President.
