All our services including training, lectures and workshop,
counselling and support and short-terni financial support, food
donations and humanitarian aid, and the other charitable events
are all designed to help and support the socially excluded
individuals and deprived communities in the way that can
improve their quality of lives by enabling them to becorne
independent and valued members of their local communities
and boosting their confidence and employability. This in turn,
we believe will benefit the wider community in ternis of

Our policy on grant making is that our trustees always use the
best practice and due diligence to ensure that those eligible to
receive our Charity's grant are selected on the ground that they
contribute most towards the achievement of our Charity's set
purpose (s) which is about providing help & support for
disadvantaged individuals to improve their quality of lives.
The trustees will make sure any making grant will be made in
accordance with our organisation's charitable purposes. the
trustees will also make sure that no organisation's fimds will be
knowingly used for illegal purposes such as money laundering,
bribery or f￿ancIng terrorism.

During the past year, we successfully managed to rais¢ about £22,868 to
help carry out our cRLaritable worL Over the year, we undertook the
following chariiable work:

We gave out food and humanitsrian aid to %mie socially excluded
individuals and deprived communities.
We made cash donations to some disadvantaged individuals and deprived
communities to help them meet their short-terni essential basic needs.
We organised conferences and provided lectures to educate the members
of communitylpublic about the imEx)rtant role the Islamic religion can play
in pmmotin8 peace and harniony among people in the community and in
inspiring people to integrate into the wider wmmunity and to help build a
strong. peaceful. friendly community.
We organised rr training and workshop to safegwd parents and their
children against the dangw of misuse of social media. The aim of this
workshop w&s to empower parents to have some controls over their
children's uses of information technology: in particular the socia] rnedia.
Wc provided counselling and awareness programme for disadvantsged
youth in th¢ community. The objective of this programme was to help our
targeted youth understand British value and culture and the importance of
integration into the wider community. Also. to encourage them to not use
violence as a means of tacklin8 their social problems or for being socially
excluded.
We organi8ed several outdoor 8POrting and recreational events for the
youlh The purposes of these events were to take the children or youlh off
the street vTrolence and get them engaged in sporting and ￿creatiOnal
activities that could help promote good friendship among them and
encouraged them to develop positive attitudes towards the communitie8
in which they live

Our policy on reserves is very Simp￿ and slraighff0￿ard. Our trustees
always use best practi￿ to ensure that reasonable fund is put aside in
order to protect the chanty against drops in income. The trustees put fund
that is needed for immediate us8 to cary out the work of the charity
under unrestnctedlgeneral funds. They also put aside fiJnd that is
designated to undertake a particular chantable proie¢t under restricted
funds. The trustees may move funds behveen unrestricted fund and
restricted fund as they se8 necessary to do so. Currently, we are putting
aside some fund for buying a premises for the charty in the future.
Hence, we are currently puthng aside designated funds for this project
undèr the restricted funds..
