The size and nature of the CIO mean that in
the nomal course of events, risk
mana3ement is bghtly c£Jntfolled. However,
the CIO rents it's premis8s by hourty rate,
and should the Communty Centre fail, new
premises would obwously become a

as the CIO continues to prosper, the
capaaty of the current prerrises may
become an issue.
