I report to the charity Irusiees on my examination of the accounts of the Trust for the year lo 31st July 2023
Responsihilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In accordanne with the
reouiremenls of the Charities Act (Northern Irelandl 2008 Ilhe .2008 Acl'l and the Charities Act 2011 I'lhe
207 1 Act") You are satisfied that the accounts of the Trust are not required by charity law lo be audited and
have chosen instead lo have an independent examination
I report In respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 65 of the 2008 Act and
section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have follo'wed the general Directions given by
the Chanfy Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9llbl of Ilie 2008 Act and the Directions given
by the Charity Commission for England and Wales under section 14515llbl ol the 2011 Act.

I have completed rny examination. I confirm that no mallers have come lo my attention in connection with my
examination giving me cause to believe that in any malenal respect.
