Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The CIO received donations and fundraising<br>financial position at the end  income of £55,209 during the year. The costs of<br>of the period  the CIO for the year were for the operation of<br>the free boxing, football, basketball and fitness<br>classes, social media and the management of<br>the CIO. The costs for the year amounted to<br>£72,598. ## **Section C Notes to the Accounts** 

## **Transactions with trustees and related parties** 

There were no trustees employed by the Charity during the period. The Charity engaged one  Trustee, namely Syed Sarwar, for bookkeeping services and additional administration work beyond the scope of Trusteeship. Payments made to Syed Sarwar duing the period totalled £4,200 (2024: £2,850). The transaction is at arm's length. 

The Charity engagaed the services of Luul Ali, who is related to one of the Trustees, namely Ramla Ali, to undertake adminsitrative work on behalf of the Charity. Payments made to Luul Ali during the period totalled £19,200 (2024: £18,400). Luul covered one running class on behalf of one of the coaches and was paid £50. The transactions are at arm's length. 

The Charity engagaed the services of Daniyah Osman, who is related to one of the Trustees, namely Ramla Ali, to undertake social media, marketing & advertising work on behalf of the Charity. Payments made to Luul Ali during the period totalled £9,700 (2024: £5,800). The transaction is at arm's length.
