OUR STORY

Baby Necessities began in 2020, founded by two local mums during the pandemic who were moved to action by the rising number of families living in poverty. What started as a small effort to support local parents quickly grew in response to an overwhelming need. From day one, our mission has been to ease the pressure on families by rehoming quality pre-loved baby items, helping children thrive while reducing waste and protecting the planet.

Now, Baby Necessities has grown into a valued local charity powered by a small staff team, a dedicated army of volunteers and referral partners, and a generous community of donors. Together, we’ve supported thousands of families across Southampton and the surrounding areas, proving that small beginnings can lead to life-changing impact.

What we do

We support families facing challenging times by providing essential items for their babies and young children. From clothing and toys to vital equipment, every item we pass on helps to ease pressure on local parents and ensure their little ones have the best possible start. Alongside rehoming high-quality, pre-loved items, we also source and purchase new items where needed. This allows us to respond quickly and effectively to each family’s situation, while maintaining care, dignity and hope.

Who we help

Access to Baby Necessities is via third-party referral by professionals such as community midwives, health visitors, GP’s, family support workers, social workers, educator or teacher, food bank volunteer, religious leaders etc.

Volunteers

Our work relies heavily on the generosity of those who give their time to support us, and their contribution makes a real difference to what we can achieve each day. Throughout 2025, 87 individuals collectively gave around 1,600 hours to the baby bank. This included our regular weekly volunteers, occasional helpers, washing volunteers, students completing work experience placements, and corporate teams joining us for volunteering days. Together they helped organise donations, assemble bundles and get vital items out to families who needed them most. Their commitment and kindness underpin everything we do, and our impact simply wouldn’t be possible without them.

I came across Baby Necessities from a friend who had donated previously and who had also volunteered herself. Since being on a career break, I try and volunteer as much as I can. There is such satifaction in becoming a volunteer and making a positive impact on someone's life. Since joining the team I feel a sense of purpose and I love contributing to a cause I care about and also connecting with new people from a range of backgrounds. Regular Volunteer

Firstly, thank you for your warm hospitality - the coffee and biscuits were much appreciated! It was great to receive the short presentation about the important work you do and then have a tour of the premises. This really brought everything to life for everyone who attended and inspired us to think about different ways we could help when we returned to the office. The whole event was extremely well organised, and we felt we were able to make a valuable contribution. Thank you again for such an engaging and rewarding experience. Corporate Volunteer

REFLECTION

Reflection from our CEO - Hayleigh Jarvis

As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on a year that has brought both meaningful progress and renewed confidence in our future. It has been a year of growth, stability and deepened community connection. A particular highlight was our Summer Celebration, a joyful opportunity to bring together staff, trustees, volunteers and supporters to celebrate how far we have come while continuing to champion our mission. It was a reminder that Baby Necessities is not just a service, but a community built on kindness, shared purpose and practical action.

Our volunteers remain at the very heart of everything we do. Many have been giving their time week in, week out for years, and their loyalty, compassion and quiet dedication never go unnoticed. They are joined by newer volunteers who bring fresh energy and enthusiasm, and together they make our impact possible. I am also incredibly grateful to all of our corporate partners who have volunteered, donated in-kind goods or given financial donations to support our work. A special thanks to the Office for National Statistics in Titchfield for choosing us as their Charity of the Year and raising over £3,700 to support our work. Their commitment and encouragement have made a tangible difference to the families we serve.

This year also brought significant stability for our charity, as we secured a further four years of funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. While the funding does not cover every expense, it provides vital support for much of our core costs, allowing us to plan with greater confidence and focus on delivering services to families in need. Last year, we shared our hope that 2025 would be a year of strengthening our role as a core community service and one that families can rely on in times of need, while reducing both the financial pressures and the emotional strain so many are facing. I am proud to say that we have achieved this. We have built stronger partnerships across the public and voluntary sectors, increased accessibility to our services, and continued to ensure that families feel supported, respected and understood. The feedback we receive tells us that our support is not only practical, but deeply reassuring at some of life’s most challenging moments.

Looking ahead to 2026, there is a real sense of excitement. After much consideration, the decision has been made to move premises — a bold but necessary step for our future. The year ahead will be busy as we prepare for this transition, but it represents an incredible opportunity. A new space will enable us to expand our services, support more families, welcome additional volunteers and introduce face-to-face classes and sessions as we grow into more of a family hub. It feels like the start of a new chapter for Baby Necessities, one that will allow us to deepen our impact even further.

REFLECTION

Reflection from our Chair - Chris Hey

Reflecting on 2025, it’s clearer than ever how vital Baby Necessities continues to be for families across our community. Demand has grown once again, with over 1,200 children supported this year alone, a more than 10% increase year on year, and yet, thanks to the dedication of our team and supporters, we remain proud to have never been unable to fulfil a referral.

This impact simply wouldn’t be possible without our people. Hayleigh and the team continue to show incredible commitment every day, supported by Gillian’s tireless fundraising and community outreach, Laura’s work to expand our reach and engagement, and the addition of Erin as Community Fundraiser, strengthening our connection with local supporters. Claire and our volunteers remain the backbone of Baby Necessities. Whether assembling bundles, sorting donations, or supporting events, their time and care transform generosity into real, tangible support for families.

In 2025 alone, we received over £20,000 worth of brand-new items through corporate partners, wish lists and community drives, a powerful reflection of the compassion within our community, particularly in a challenging climate for charities.

Behind the scenes, our Trustees have continued to strengthen the charity’s foundations; improving cashflow forecasting, supporting fundraising and policy development, and ensuring strong governance as we plan for the future. This work is essential as we look ahead to the next phase of our journey.

In the coming year, we will begin our Room to Grow campaign, a significant step towards securing a larger, safer space that allows us to meet increasing demand and support more families, more effectively.

As Chair, I am incredibly grateful to everyone who makes this work possible. Our staff, volunteers, trustees, donors and partners, their shared commitment is what enables Baby Necessities to continue growing its impact.

Please join us as we take this next step. Together, we can work towards ensuring that no child in our community goes without the essentials they deserve.

MOTHER’S DAY CAMPAIGN

For Mother’s Day this year, we were thrilled to provide 100 beautifully packed gift bags to mums in need, each filled with pamper items, chocolates and thoughtful treats. Thanks to the generosity of The Hygiene Bank in Romsey and kind members of the public, these gifts offered a small moment of self-care with a big impact - reminding every mum that she is seen, valued and appreciated.

NORTH BADDESLEY VILLAGE DAY

On 17th May, Baby Necessities had a brilliant time at the North Baddesley Village Day, celebrating our local community and sharing the work we do with families in need. Our stall had a tombola, Hook the Duck and a “Guess the Name of the Teddy” game, which had visitors of all ages joining in. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised £178 to help purchase essential items for families.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited, played a game, made a donation, or simply took the time to learn more about our charity.

ROMSEY RELAY MARATHON

This year, our dedicated runners took on the Romsey Relay. Two full teams of 10 covered the marathon distance of 26 miles and 385 yards between them.

We were delighted to have the B-Fit Fitness team join us once again, bringing incredible energy and team spirit that helped make the day such a success. Every mile run not only showcased the determination of our participants but also raised awareness for the vital work we do supporting families in need.

FUNDRAISING AND EVENTS

PINK AND GREEN PUB QUIZ

This year’s Pink and Green campaign was kicked off with our Pink and Green Quiz Night - and we’re still smiling thinking about it! A huge thank you to The Four Horseshoes for hosting us at their fantastic Fifth Shoe venue, the perfect backdrop for an evening full of laughter, friendly competition and community spirit.

Teams went head-to-head tackling general knowledge, celebrity pictures, dingbats (which had everyone scratching their heads!) and the unforgettable final round: Is it cheese, or a motorway services? Add in a fantastic raffle and a room full of our wonderful volunteers, friends, neighbours and supporters, and it was a truly memorable night. Together, we raised over £350 to support local families. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the evening so special!

WALK THE TEST WAY

In 2025, two of our staff took on the Walk the Test Way, completing 8 miles to raise funds for Baby Necessities. Their effort and determination helped generate £310, providing essential support to local families in need. A huge thank you to our walkers and everyone who donated or cheered them on – every step and contribution makes a real difference to the children and families we support.

ROMSEY MAYOR’S PICNIC

We were delighted to take part in the Romsey Mayor's Picnic, hosted by the Rotary Club of Romsey Test. Our stall, featuring a teddy tombola and the ever-popular Hook the Duck, was a big hit with visitors of all ages, and together we raised £200 to support local families. It was a fun-filled day in the sun, and we love attending this event each year as it gives us the chance to celebrate, connect and strengthen our relationships within the local community

THE NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND

We are incredibly proud and deeply grateful to have been awarded four years of funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. This transformational investment represents a powerful vote of confidence in our work and provides vital long-term security for our charity at a time when demand for our services continues to grow. The funding enables us to plan ahead with confidence, strengthen our operational resilience and ensure continuity of support for families who rely on us during times of crisis.

Crucially, this funding allows us to remain firmly focused on our mission to reduce child poverty, provide emergency practical support and give babies and young children the very best start in life. It will support us to respond quickly to referrals, invest in our infrastructure and develop our services in a way that is both sustainable and impactful. We are profoundly thankful to the National Lottery Community Fund and to National Lottery players whose support is helping to secure a stable and hopeful future for our baby bank, our team and the families we exist to serve.

CORPORATE PARTNERS

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our corporate partners, whose generosity enables us to provide essential items to families when they need them most.

This year, we were also delighted to develop a new relationship with IKEA , made possible through the Baby Bank Alliance . Their incredible donation of toddler beds, cot beds, mattresses and highchairs has significantly strengthened our ability to support families with larger essential items.

This year, we would like to extend a special thank you to Murray’s Health and Beauty , who have become a valued partner by supplying a wide range of endof-line stock. Their donations have included everything from bottles and toys to sterilisers, Christmas gift sets and breast pumps. These items will make a real and immediate difference to the families we support.

Finally, we would like to thank all of the corporate partners who have given their time to volunteer with us throughout the year. Whether through team volunteering days or individual contributions, their support has helped us process donations, prepare bundles and continue delivering vital services. These partnerships are a true reflection of the power of community and collaboration, and we are so grateful to each and every organisation that has supported our work.

We are also thankful to Bloomsbury Mill , a long standing partner who continues to provide high quality end-of-line items such as muslins, toddler bedding and cellular blankets.

Alongside this, we have received generous in-kind donations from organisations including B&Q , Asda and NEXT , as well as support from British Gas , whose team created baby starter boxes filled with essentials for new parents.

SUMMER CELEBRATION

Our Summer Celebration, held in September, was a fantastic day that truly captured the spirit of our community. Blessed with beautiful sunshine, the event brought together families, supporters and partners for a fun-filled day of games, tombolas, a bouncy castle and delicious food. A particular highlight for many children was the superhero meet-and-greet, with Spider-Man and Thor making special appearances and creating plenty of smiles and excitement. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters on the day, the event also successfully raised valuable funds to support our work with local families.

The celebration was very much a community effort, and it was wonderful to see staff, trustees, volunteers and members of the local community all coming together in one place. We are extremely grateful to Testlands Hub for allowing us to use their venue free of charge, and to our business sponsor, Solent Plastics , whose support helped us deliver such an enjoyable and well-run day. But the biggest thanks has to go to volunteer Emma Sainsbury who took the lead on organising the event from start to finish, and made the whole day possible!

Events like this not only raise much-needed funds, but also strengthen relationships, raise awareness of our work and remind us of the incredible community that stands behind our baby bank.

TRANSFORMING OUR SPACE

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Elizabeth from The Space Makers Romsey for her invaluable support in helping us reorganise our baby bank. Elizabeth spent time with our team assessing how we work, redesigning our space to improve workflow, and creating more efficient storage solutions. She also helped us tackle a year’s worth of accumulated stock, sorting and organising items to make it easier for our volunteers to find what they need and assemble bundles quickly. Her expertise has transformed the way we operate, making our processes smoother and our space far more functional.

We are also incredibly grateful to The Men’s Shed in Romsey, who designed and built a custom cot storage solution for us. Their craftsmanship and generosity mean that we now have a safe, practical way to store cots, freeing up valuable space and allowing us to serve families more effectively.

The support of The Space Makers and The Men’s Shed is a fantastic example of the generosity and expertise within our local community, helping us work smarter and continue delivering vital support to families in need.

CELEBRATING OUR TH 5 BIRTHDAY

This year, we celebrated a very special milestone: Baby Necessities’ 5th birthday. The celebration was combined with our Christmas gathering, bringing together staff, trustees and volunteers to enjoy festive cheer while reflecting on the journey we have shared. What began as a small act of kindness from two local mums working from their homes has grown into a vital service supporting over 100 children each month. From packing bundles in their living rooms to providing emergency practical support across Hampshire, the founders’ vision and determination laid the foundation for everything we do today.

The event was also a moment to recognise and thank everyone who has contributed to our success. We were deeply touched by the generosity and dedication of our volunteers, supporters and partners, whose ongoing contributions make it possible to continue growing and improving our services.

As we look to the future, Baby Necessities is committed to building on this foundation - expanding our reach, strengthening community connections and ensuring that every child has the essentials they need to thrive. Celebrating five years of progress reminds us of how far we have come, and inspires us to keep working towards a brighter, more supportive future for local families.

CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE CAMPAIGN

Our 2025 Christmas Giving Tree campaign was another wonderful success, made possible by the incredible generosity of our local community. This year, even more schools, businesses and organisations joined in, each hosting beautifully decorated trees with giving tags representing gifts or essential items for families in need.

Thanks to this collective effort, we received a fantastic variety of brand new items, from toys and toiletries to warm winter essentials, which brought comfort and joy to the families we support. We are truly grateful to everyone who participated and helped make the festive season brighter for so many children and parents.

A heartfelt thank you to Aviva, British Gas, Deer Park School, Eco Montessori Nursery, Halterworth Primary School, Fairport Training, Footner & Ewing, Hiltingbury Junior School, Howden’s Insurance, King Edward VI Preparatory School, Maxis GBN, Orchard Junior School, Shamblehurst Primary School, Sherborne House School, The Four Horseshoes pub and the Romsey businesses responsible for hosting a spectacular tree along Latimer Walk. Your kindness helped bring joy and support to so many families this Christmas.

OUTREACH

In 2025, our outreach program continued to reach a wide variety of audiences across the community. We delivered school assemblies, aimed at helping children understand the challenges some families face, fostering empathy, and teaching the importance of supporting local charities. We also spoke to Brownie groups, gave a careers talk to Year 7 students, hosted bucket collections, participated in radio interviews, and gave a talk at Rotary Magna Southampton, sharing the story of Baby Necessities and the work we do supporting families in need.

Each opportunity allowed us to raise awareness, connect with new supporters and highlight the difference charitable work can make in people’s lives. The benefits of this outreach are clear: it helps connect us with potential volunteers, donors and partners, while also building our reputation as a trusted community resource. Feedback shows that people leave these sessions feeling informed, inspired and more engaged with our mission.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are committed to continuing and expanding these outreach efforts, strengthening existing relationships, and finding new ways to engage the community, raise awareness and ensure that every child and family who needs us knows that Baby Necessities is there to support them.

I just wanted to message and say a huge thank you for coming in to talk to our Year 6s yesterday. They were enthralled and full of questions even after you left!

HILTINGBURY JUNIOR SCHOOL

Thank you for arranging the live meeting for Y7 careers today. I thought the presenter spoke very well and explained the organisation very well. Her presentation was thought provoking for the children too, on aspects of poverty in our local community.

GIVE A GIFT

In 2025, our birthday bundle project helped ensure that 48 children celebrated their special day in style, distributing over £2,700 worth of carefully chosen gifts, cards and cakes. Each child referred to us is one who might otherwise risk going without anything for their birthday, and our bundles are designed to make them feel truly seen and valued.

Supporters select presents from a tailored Amazon gift list, carefully curated to reflect each child’s age, interests and personality. From toys and books to special treats, every bundle is personalised to bring joy and excitement. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed, helping to make birthdays memorable and giving children a reason to smile and feel celebrated.

Thank you so much for the box of presents for my son, meant more than anything for him to wake up on his birthday with something to open, he loves every single item that was in there. Every present from the little Lego car to the football was tailored to him and his likes/needs. I can’t say how much it means to us in a time of hardship that he was able to open something on his birthday, thank you again.

BABY SELF-WEIGHING CLINIC

Our Baby Self-Weighing Clinic, held on the first Thursday of every month at Baby Necessities HQ, continues to be one of our most valued and well-loved services in 2025. Originally set up to respond to the reduced availability of post-COVID weighing clinics, it has become a trusted and reliable resource for many local parents and carers.

The clinic provides a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space where families can track their baby’s growth, ask questions and connect with others in the community. This year, the clinic has been accessed 147 times, including a mix of regular families and new faces joining us each month. It remains a vital part of our work, supporting both the practical and emotional needs of the families we serve.

Thank you for all that you do. I bring my little one each month for weigh in and love chatting with whoever is on baby scales duty. I really appreciate this service and try to make sure I give a donation each time I come. But it never feels enough. You guys are amazing. Mum, regular weighing-clinic user.

We’re delighted to be able to offer this much needed service, because every baby deserves the best start in life.

FEEDBACK

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your efficiency and kindness. I recently reached out on behalf of a family we work with who were in desperate need of a toddler bed. The bed was ready for collection in 12 hours along with lots of lovely items for the little girl. Mum and the little girl were both overjoyed with the bundle. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and the speed in which you provided us with these items.

Manager, Romsey Family Support Group

I just wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you for the incredibly kind and generous gifts for both me and the baby. I honestly don’t know how to thank you enough. The thought you put into everything means so much to me, from the essentials to the little luxuries. It’s all so beautiful and truly appreciated, and it’s been such a comfort knowing we’re so well supported during this special time, despite the children services involvement. Your kindness and generosity really touched my heart, and I’m so grateful for your thoughtfulness and care. Please know how much this means to me and how thankful I am.

Claire provided my bundle and I could not thank her enough for all the items she packed. Not only will the bundle support us financially for a while but also gives us the opportunity to enjoy our newborn baby. Beneficiary Absolutely appreciate everything I've had to help support me and my baby, we've had clothes and lots of baby equipment. It has helped massively as I'm a single mum on a very low income and would have struggled to buy these things even second hand so a massive thank you. I can't express how much this has helped and how appreciated I am. I will donate back what I can to help future families. Beneficiary

We're so grateful for the service Baby Necessities provides to families experiencing financial hardship in Romsey and surrounding areas. As a foodbank we often encounter families that are really struggling with being able to afford everything they need for their baby/babies or young children. It is great therefore, to have a local baby bank that can cater specifically to the needs of young families, specialising in items that we aren't able to stock ourselves, as well as providing specialised support and advice relevant to parents and carers. We love working alongside this passionate, dedicated and like-minded local charity, a charity which helps enable us to better serve the needs of the local community and people we meet. Operations Manager, Romsey Foodbank.

Charity law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the financial position of the charity and enable them to ascertain to ensure that the financial statements comply with Charities Act 2011.

They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

The trustees of Baby Necessities Southampton are pleased to present their approved report and the financial statement for the period ended 31 December 2025. The board commends the charity’s operational leadership, employees and volunteers for another fantastic year for the charity, during which demand continued to grow and the charity supported 1,267 children and gifted 9,067 essential items, despite the wider econmic backdrop which continues to challenge the charity sector.

STATEMENT OF PUBLIC BENEFIT

Baby Necessities’ services benefit the children of families who, for reasons including low or loss of income, domestic violence or even the age of the parents, do not have access to the basic essentials that every child deserves. The charity provides bundles to its referral partners, being health visitor/midwifery teams, social workers, community leaders and other charities, in and around Southampton. In providing its services, it benefits the public in the following ways:

Under Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011, the Trustees have given serious consideration to the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit when planning the charity’s activities, and in particular to the relief and prevention of poverty in children. There has been no change to Baby Necessities’ objectives during 25 the year.

METHODS USED TO RECRUIT AND APPOINT NEW TRUSTEES

New Trustees are recruited by the board in line with Baby Necessities’ Trustee Recruitment Policy. Positions are advertised across our social media channels, on our website and using platforms such as Reach Volunteering. Initial interviews take place with a trustee and a senior member of staff, and interview feedback is provided to the rest of the board for consideration. If successful, at this point a trustee may be invited to attend a board meeting as a guest, or to attend a volunteering session at Baby Necessities to assess mutual fit. Where a candidate is still interested in joining the board of trustees, the existing board will then take a vote. During 2025, the board was pleased to appoint a new trustee, futher strengthening the skills and capacity of the charity’s governance, particularly in area of fundraising.

Where a skills gap is identified on the board, the board actively seeks Trustees suitable to fill this gap by advertising for the specific skillset.

FUTURE PLANS

Baby Necessities provides an essential service to our community, and it has again succeeded in meeting the increasing numbers of referrals it received for its services during 2025.

In order to continue to meet these demands the charity is now continuing to build on the excellent progress made with its corporate sponsorship and volunteer opportunities. Donation levels of second hand clothes and other goods from the general public remain strong, and the charity intends to continue expanding its outreach work and community engagement.

Prior to appointment, Trustees are DBS checked and are required to sign a Trustee Declaration detailing any other appointments or potential conflicts of interest. Newly appointed Trustees receive a formal induction which outlines the work of the charity and includes a set of key documents (such as policies and the constitution) to give them the tools required to fulfil their role.

Looking ahead to 2026, the charity plans to move to larger premises and launch its Room to Grow campaign. A new space will enable the charity to expand its services, support more families, welcome additional volunteers and introduce face-to-face classes and sessions as it develops further into a family hub.

Finding adequate storage facilities therefore remains a priority for the charity and it has in place a strategic roadmap for analysing, costing and locating potential new or additional storage facilities over the next 12 to 24 months.

FINANCIAL REVIEW AND RESERVES POLICY

Despite the overall challenging economic environment, and reducing grant support across the sector, Baby Necessities has had a successful fifth year, generating an income of £169,482 (a combination of restricted and unrestricted funds) via grants, donations and fundraising activities. Its total expenditure for the year was £160,721 and a sum of £8,761 was carried over from the previous financial year (which included restricted funds not yet utilised). Its restricted funds at the end of the financial year totalled £26,873 across several funding providers. As always, a portion of the grants received restrict the funds for particular expenses including premises, salaries and specified types of equipment (e.g. cots).

Donations-in-kind are not reflected in the income or expenditure within the charity’s financial statements, however they are tracked as they represent a significant additional donation stream and source of sustainability. Brand new items (from the Amazon wish list, end-of-line stock or handed in on donation mornings) are valued using the recommended retail price (RRP) when they are received. The charity received approximately £20,500 worth of donated brand-new items in 2025.

The Trustees agree that the charity should maintain unrestricted funds at a level which equates to approximately three months’ of running costs (around £30,000), although this figure is under continuous review. This provides a buffer to cover management, administration, support costs and to respond to emergencies should income levels fall below what the charity needs to continue running. The trustees are mindful of the requirement to build up sufficient reserves, and whilst the trustees recognise that it could take 2 to 3 years to build up to the target the board has set good progress has already been made. A formal reserves policy is in place.

The board acknowledges a continuing positive success rate in funding applications being granted. The board recognises that there has been a decrease in grants across the sector, which includes a reduction in the charity’s success rate when compared to 2024. The charity has sought guidance from the Baby Bank Alliance on whether this is a recognisable trend for baby banks nationwide, and the Baby Bank Alliance has confirmed that it is.

PRICIPLE RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES

The charity has a risk register in place, covering governance, financial, operational, external and reputational, legal and compliance risk and how they are managed. This register is regularly reviewed by the board at its meetings.

DECLARATION

Despite this, the charity’s income remains stable and sustainable, and donations of items and clothing from the public remain strong. With the continuing focus on developing the additional funding streams and marketing strategy, including an ever increasing social media presence (particularly important with the launch of the moving campaign), the board has no current concerns about the charity’s ability to continue operating.

The Trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees’ report above. Signed on behalf of the charity’s Trustees:
