As the ch8riti88 trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts: you conslder
that the 8udit requirement of Section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act) doe$ not apply. It
is my rasponslbility to State. on procedure$ specified in the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners under Section 43171 of the Act. vthether particular matters have come
to my attention.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions gwen by the Chertty
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and 8 comparison of the accounls presented to th08e records. It also include$
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in ihe 8ccount$. 8nd seeking exp18n8tions
from you astrustees con¢erning8ny8u¢h matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required In an audit. and consequently I do not present an audit
oplnion on thevlew grrfen bythe accounts.
