## **Trustees Annual Report for period 15 March 2021 to 31 March 2022** 

The Bentley Memorial Hall Association was created to replace the Bentley Community Association (Charity number 266216) in the operation and management of the Bentley Memorial Hall.  This was to allow the charity running the Hall to be a CIO. 

The Bentley Memorial Hall Association took over the operation and management of the Bentley Memorial Hall from Bentley Community Association on 1 April 2022. 

Therefore, for this reporting period, no income and expenditure was generated, so there are no accounts.
