**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD OR AUTISM AND THEIR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND SUPPORT THROUGH A RANGE OF SUPPORT GROUPS, WORKSHOPS, COURSES, SOCIAL GROUPS AND TRAINING.THROUGH THIS WE AIM TO RAISE AWARENESS, INCREASE UNDERSTANDING IN THE COMMUNITY, CHANGE PERCEPTIONS REDUCING STIGMA AND BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS FOR THOSE IMPACTED BY THESE CONDITIONS.

**Activities:** CAAS supports, educates and empowers individuals with ADHD or who are autistic (pre and post-diagnosis), their families, and the wider community. We do this through a range of different services including advice and signposting, specialist courses and training, support groups and individual support. Through raising awareness, we aim to change perceptions and break down barriers.
