The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of West Chinnock and its immediate vicinity without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The charity was formed and registered on 12 March 2021 as a CIO to act as successor to the unincorporated charity, The Chinnocks Village Hall (charity number 280085). The transfer of assets from The Chinnocks Village Hall was approved by the Charity Commission on 13 October 2021 and was executed on 1 November 2021 at the start of the new financial year for both charities.

That being the case, there are no activities to report for the year ending 31 October 2021.
