The Trustees and Direthvs present their annual report and the unaudited financial
slalemenls for the year ended 31 March 2025. In preparing the annual report and
finanaal ststements the Trustees and Directors have adopted the promsions of the
Charities SORP IFRS 102) Accounb"ng and Repo￿n9 by Charilies". Statement of
Recommended Pra(XKe appl¢able to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Finanoal Reporting Stsndard appI￿able in the UK and Republic
of Ireland {FRS 102} (effective 1 January 2019).
STRUCTURE. GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

in relation lo the finanoal year 2024 profil share. The profit share due to be received in
the current finanoal year was instead received just after the yearond. so 15 not shown

6 RESERVES POLICY
The Trustees and Di￿¢10r$ of tlle Chartty keep Ihe Charity's reserves under review
at each board meebng and maintain a minimum reserve of £10,000 at all limes. The
Charity's expenditure is limited onty to the grants and awards that the Trustees and
Directors make from lime to time. All grants and awards are made based on funding
already received, and no future commitments for grants or awards are ma(Se.
Accordingty, the Direct¢ys and Trustees are content that the minimum reserve level
maintained ts a prudent and appropriate poly for the Charity lo maintain.
