The Trustees and Diredors present their annual report and the unaudtted financial
staternents for the year ended 31 March 2023. In preparing the annual report and
rinanaal slatements the Trustees and Directors have adopted the provisions of the
Charities SORP (FRS 1021 Accounting and Reporting by Chartlies: StsteffEnt of
Recommended Practice appI￿able to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance wbth Ihe Financial Reporting Standard applicab￿ in the UK and Republic
of Ireland (FRS 102) (efÈcli¥e 1 January 2019).
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Wggin charilab￿ Foundation ts a registered charty (charity no. 1193752}. It is
company limited by guarantee registe￿ in E￿land & Wales {company no.
13229079). whose ￿lStered ¢ffice is at 9th FILxJr Mel Building, 22 Percy Slreel,
London. W1T 2BU. The charity was incorporated on 26th February 2021 and it was
regislered with the Charity Commission on 9th March 2021.
The Wggin charitab￿ Foundation is govemed by its me￿￿Tandurn and Articles of
Association.
The Trustees confimi Ihat they have coMpl￿d wrth the requirements of section 4 of
the Charrties Act 2011 to have due regard to the putr￿￿ benefft guidan￿ published
by the Charty Cornmiss￿n for England and Wales.
The Charity is managed by the management comrnrttee which includes the
TrusleeslDireclors and adwsers. The TrUstee￿DIfectOrS bring wtde-ranging
professional and personal experien￿ to the wvemance and ￿aderShip of the
organisation.
The Board has a range of welkdevelored skills and Cvs. This includes legal,
finan￿. kncmiledge of third seclor, educalion. funding. the C￿tIVe arts and
digital industries.
New trustees are appointed by the Wygin LLP. the Charty's sole membei. The
artides of association provide for a minimum of three trustees. Trustees with a range
of differenl skill sets a￿ sought, to ensure the effective running of the charity. In
addition. the Charity also seeks to ensu￿ that at least Iwo of the Trustees are
indeperKlent of Wiggin LLP. On ap￿Intment. new trustees sign a trustee dedaration
statement agreeing to give their time and expertise. New Trustees undergo a briefing
on the organisation, its aims and objectives and their legal obligations under Charity
and company law.

2 OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objectives
The objective of the charity to raise funds to wovide grants for.
Gran1-g￿ing to charitable causes. events andlor projects in the creative arts
& digrtal industries..
Employee matched funding - pro¥iding matching donations to charities for
fvndraising efforts made and raised by employees of Wiggin LLP..
Providing grants to charities nominaled or voted on by employees of Wlggin
LLP (the sole member).
The trustees cOns￿er all applications receNed for fvnding and make grants to local
and national tharrties. at the discretion of the Trustees, in line wilh the charitable
objectives.
The Trustees have had regard to the Chwity Commission's guidance on public
benefft in managing the &livilies of the charity. The charity relies upon donations
which it uses to provide grants to charitable causes and cover rts operating costs.
3 ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE

4 FINANCIAL REVIEW AND RESULTS
Flnanclal review
The Chanty's incoffE for the period was £115.747.
During the year the charity gave grants of £73.870 and inCu￿ed costs of £1.882.
At the 31* March 2023 the charity has fvnds totalling £148.381 of which all are
unreslricted lunds.
Fund Ralslng
The charity does not adivety fund raise but raises donations from both Wggin LLP and
Wiggin LLP employees.
Golng ¢on¢em
The Charty rel￿ on grants and donati(y)s to sur¢)ort is tharitable activit￿$ for
which the Trustees are very grateful. Based on budgels they anticipale that the
charity will be able lo meet obligatM)ns as they fall due for the next 12 months from
the approval of these finanlial statements.

We will be acting in accordance with our objectives and aiming to conlinue to..
underlake grant-giving to Charitat￿e causes. events andlor projects in the creative

The Charity rewewed its reserves poI￿Y and has set its target to maintain sufficient
income funds equNalent to at least six months, expenditure. As can be seen from
the Financial Statements below. the Charity is Current￿ meeting this polKy. Total
funds at the end of the period are £148.381.
7 PAY POLICY FOR KEY MANGAGEMEPU PERSONNEL
The Trustees consider the Bo¥d of Trustees the key management personnel of the
charity in tharge of directing and conlrolling. running and operating the Charity on a
day to day basis, together wilh the manager.
All trustees give of their time fredy and no ITUStee received remuneration in the
