2) Structure and details of how it is managed, including how it recruits trustees:

• OWAY is managed by three trustees. We develop the feasibility structure of our aim to deliver educational opportunities to marginalised communities and are working on a plan to tackle this.

• 3) Activities and objectives in the year

• This year, we are redoing our organisational structure, vision, and plan for the next 6 months. This includes working to develop an initial prototype website of curated online courses that students can use to find free accessible lessons, starting with the English language.

• 4) Provide achievements and performance, including reporting on its public benefit N/A – we are still developing the curriculum

• 5) Provide a financial review including any debts and details of your reserves policy

• None—we had no money in or out this year. Everything we did was entirely volunteer time.

• 6) Describe details of any funds held as a custodian trustee

• No funds, although we have a bank account with 325.49 GBP in it that we had about 10 years ago, which has not been touched since.
