2) Structure and details of how it is managed, including how it recruits trustees:

OWAY is managed by three trustees. We develop the feasibility structure of our aim to deliver educational opportunities to marginalised communities and are working on a plan to tackle this. We are recruiting one trustee who have met the criteria for suitable trustee under the UK Charities Commission guidelines.

3) Actvites and objectves in the year This year, we developed an initial proposal for a Year 1 math curriculum. This resulted in several pages of topics from counting numbers (1, 2, 3) to units (eg. Measuring with a ruler). We also made a similar documentation in Dari. However, we found this was not scalable, so we have spent the remainder of the year looking at where to find a better source for curriculum and are pursing educational content currently used by marginalised communities in Africa.
