TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

The trustees of The Redeemed Christian Church of God All souls parish Ipswich present their report and financial statements for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, which have been prepared in accordance with statement of recommended practice, ‘’Accounting and Reporting by Charities’’, issued in October 2000 and revised SORP2005

Structure, Governing & Management

The Governing document of the charity is the Trust Deed dated 31[st] December 2007 and the Agreement for Common Purpose.

All Trustees are appointed by resolution of existing Trustee Body.

Organisation Structure

The Board of Trustees is headed by a Chairman. There is no paid employee of the Charity. The Trustees are responsible for making all decisions regarding allocation of funds and activities.

Grants are made to other charities, emergency homeless, emergency relief aid and Gifts to members of the charity

Review of Transactions and Financial Position

During the period income of £40,334 was received as donations in the year.

The net movement in the funds for the period, as shown in the statement of financial activities, for the unrestricted funds was a Surplus of £7,392. There was no restricted fund in the year.

The value of RCCG All souls parish Ipswich‘s net assets as at 31 March 2025 was £28,354.

Plans for future developments

Statement of Trustees responsibilities

for each financial year that give a true and fair view of RCCG All Soul's incoming resources, application of resources during the year and its state of affairs at the end of the year. In preparing those financial statements we are required to ;

. Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;

. make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;

. State weather applicable accounting standards and statements of recommended practice have been followed, subject to any material departure disclosed and explained in the financial . Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that RCCG All Soul's parish will continue in operation.

The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of RCCG All Soul's parish which enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with Charities Act 1993.

They are also responsible for safe guarding the assets of RCCG All Soul's parish hence taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and breaches of law an regulation.

Internal control and the mitigation of major risks

The Trustees have identified and reviewed the major risks of the charity and have establish internal controls to mitigate these risk

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the trust") for the year ended 31 March 2025

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have carried out all the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the act.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention : (1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the requirements:

INCOMING RESOURCES

Recognition of incoming These are included in the Statement of Financial Activities (SoFA) when:

EXPENDITURE AND LIABILITIES
Liability recognition Liabilities are recognised as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity to pay out resources.
Governance costs Include costs of the preparation and examination of statutory accounts, the costs of trustee
meetings and cost of any legal advice to trustees on governance or constitutional matters.
Grants with performance
Where the charity gives a grant with conditions for its payment being a specific level of service
conditions or output to be provided, such grants are only recognised in the SoFA once the recipient of the
grant has provided the specified service or output.
Grants payable without These are only recognised in the accounts when a commitment has been made and there are
performance conditions no conditions to be met relating to the grant which remain in the control of the charity.
Support Costs Support costs include central functions and have been allocated to activity cost categories on a
basis consistent with the use of resources, eg allocating property costs by floor areas, or per
capita, staff costs by the time spent and other costs by their usage.
ASSETS
Tangible fixed assets for These are capitalised if they can be used for more than one year, and cost at least £500. They
