**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILL HEALTH IN THE SPORT OF RUGBY, BY WORKING TO INCREASE UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH WITHIN THE SPORT OF RUGBY AND RUGBY CLUBS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION ON MENTAL HEALTH, PROVIDING TRAINING ON MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID AND THROUGH ACTING AS A RESOURCE FOR RUGBY CLUBS ON ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS AND EDUCATION.

**Activities:** We deliver mental health programmes to the rugby and sporting community, building teams of mental health champions and providing a safe environment to educate on mental health, split into different areas for discussion. For example: what is mental health? Dealing with stress etc. We also provide Mental Health First Aid training via our support network of qualified trainers.
