As the charity's twstees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements oflhe Charities Act 2011
('the Acl.).
I report in respect of rny examination of the Trust's accounts carrred out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the histOriC81 cost convention and In accordance with
FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Repuljlic of Ireland las
applied to small enlilies by secuon 1A of the slandardl.
Tumover
Turnover is measured al the fair value of thè ¢onsideration received cf rec8ivable. net of
dlscounls and value add8d taxes. Turnover includes revenue eamed from the sale of goods and
from the rendering of services. Tumover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant
risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred lo the buyer. Tumover from the
rendering of seNces is recognised by refe￿nce to the stage of Com￿et10n of the contracl. The
stage of CDmpletion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for wortf
performed to date to the total estimated conlr8Ct costs.
Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets are measured al cost less aceumul8tive depreeietion and any accumulativg
imparment lossos. Depreciation is prov7ded on tsngible fixed assets. other than freehofd I￿￿,
