**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF LOW-COST/BELOW MARKET VALUE RESIDENTIAL RENTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION (BEING THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS CONSTITUTION) FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF GOATHLAND WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.

**Activities:** The object of the CIO is to relieve financial and other hardship for members of the public who reside within the parish of Goathland, by the provision and maintenance of low-cost (being below market value) residential rented living accommodation to residents in need, such as but not exclusively restricted to those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, and/or financial hardship.
