Trustees Report for the year ended 31 March 2026 

## Assets 

On 23 March 2021 Mr P J Stoker transferred 15500 Bellway PLC Ordinary shares into the Charity. These had a value of £541,260.00.During the 2024/25 year 5000 Bellway PLC shares were sold realising £165325.60 .The sale resulted in a small loss of £9274.40. In the 2025/26 year 3000 Bellway PLC shares were sold raising £80791.10 and realising a loss of £23951.76 . These funds have been invested by Brewin Dolphin during the course of the year.The current cost of investments held is £539082 with a Market Value at 5 April 2026 of £416605. 

Activity in the Year 

During the year ended 31 March 2026 dividends and interest received amounted to £11489.23 Investment Management fees of £320.43 and Accountancy fees of £1000 were incurred. 

Donations during the year amounted to £9450 leaving a balance on income account for the year of £718.80. The balance on income account at 31 March 2026 was £46464.01 

It is anticipated that a number of donations will be made in the year endeing31 March 2027.
