Assets
On 23 March 2021 Mr P J Stoker transferred 15500 Bellway PLC Ordinary shares into the Charity. These had a value of £541,260.00.During the year 5000 Bellway PLC shares were sold realising £165325.60 .The sale resulted in a small loss of £9274.40. The Proceeds are deposited in an interest bearing account.
Activity in the Year
During the year ended 31 March 2025 dividends and interest received amounted to £8343.81 Investment Management fees of £493.09 and Accountancy fees of £600 were incurred.
Donations during the year amounted to £6750 leaving a balance on income account for the year of £500.72. The balance on income account at 31 March 2025 was £45745.21.
It is anticipated that a number of donations will be made in the year endeing31 March 2026.
