## Assets 

On 23 March 2021 Mr P J Stoker transferred 15500 Bellway PLC Ordinary shares into the Charity. These had a value of £541,260.00. 

Activity in the Year 

During the year ended 31 March 2024 dividends and interest received amounted to £21827.90 Investment Management fees of £1745.44and Accountancy fees of £500 were incurred. 

Donations during the year amounted to £2000 ,leaving a balance on income account to be donated of £45244.49 

It is anticipated that a number of donations will be made in the year endeing31 March 2025.
