On 23 March 2021 Mr P J Stoker transferred 15500 Bellway PLC Ordinary shares into the Charity. These had a value of £541,260.00. 

Activity in the Year 

During the year ended 31 March 2023 dividends and interest received amounted to £21728.51. Investment Management fees of £2390.41 and Accountancy fees of £500 were incurred. 

Donations during the year amounted to £6400.00 ,leaving a balance on income account to be donated of £28372.93 

It is anticipated that a number of donations will be made in the year ended 31 March 2024.
