## Assets 

On 23 March 2021 Mr P J Stoker transferred 15500 Bellway PLC Ordinary shares into the Charity. These had a value of £541,260.00 

During the year dividends received amounted to £18212.50. Investment Management fees of £2777.72 and Accountancy fees of £500 were incurred. 

Despite a large number of requests  being received in the year no donations were made. This resulted in a balance on income account of £14934.83. 

It is anticipated that a number of donations will be made in the year ended 31 March 2023.
