The object of the CIO is to advance the education of pre-school ¢hildren in Llangyndeyrn and the surroundÈng area
through th¢ Incdium of ihe Welsh language. Tliis will b¢ done by..
a) Providillg 8nd presenting safe and satisfying play and activities.
b) Arranging other charitable activities in order to help parents support their childien's education.

Cylch Meithrin Y Fro Llangyndeyrn, is a small ruial eharity. The Cyl¢h is often the very first step on the educational
ladder foi. a pieschool child, and our aim, and what we strive for as a charity is that each and evely child who enters
our dooTS gaill Confidence. develop a love tst learning, which we hope will p05ilively impact on their educational
story within our scttiDg and tlll'oughout their educational c81eeT, teachin& care and ¥uid4tnLe allows ¢a¢h child at our
setting to grow and bloom,. to become a membey of not only our Cyl¢h but of the wider community in which we al'e
based.
Several grants have been applied foy but this yeai. unfortunately, tlie cylch has noi beet) as su¢¢¢ssful in gaining
funding through grnnts as in the pirvious accounting years. Through grant funding our tneillbei'5 of staff have
conipleted various oourses to upskill and benefit the children at the Cylch, which included Safeguarding courses and
Outdoor leai'jiing practitioner course. We were also fortunate to win grant funding to pi'oduce a pi'omotional video in
conjunction with Y Fro school and this video has been $har¢d on our social Inedia platfoi'ins to help promote our
services withiii the wider community-
On a day-to-day basis the Cylch provided numerous aiid varied fun, safe aiid nurturing leamtng opportunities.
Outdoor play and learning is always preferred and the Cyleh is lucky to be able to utilize a fantastic I'ural location
for this pui'pose to exploiE, develop and learn about the world around us. Nurtlli'ing ski115 whilst foi'ging links within
the bJx)ader coinmunity and positive enrichment opportunitF¢5 ou15ide of the classrLN)m.
Being a small grass roots charity, the Cylch plays an iit)portant role within the local commultity and collaborated
with Y Fro school foi. the benefit of all childreTh' pariieipaled trips, fundrnising events, and various other local
events.
