Dear Mr Blackwell
Re: INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF CROWLE BOWLS CLUB.
Independent examiners statement.
I have completed an independent audit of the Bowls Club accounts for the year ended 31st March 2023.
The accounts are kept in good order on an Excel Spreadsheet and the bank reconciles to the 31st March 2023. No cash tin was provided so I cannot verify the closing balance for the Cash in hand.
Income
I have been provided with a list of all the income and a cash receipt book for Subscriptions & Subsidies for part of the year this reconciled with the amounts entered onto the Excel spreadsheet. This should be continued and produced for auditing in future years.
Expenses
With the exception of HSMBA registration fees, prize money and entry fees, as these wouldn't normally have an invoice or receipt and a few shirt subsidies all receipts are present.
If you need any further information please feel free to contact me.
Yours sincerely
