**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:3.1 TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH BY REDUCING UNNECESSARY STRESS IN THE WORKPLACE; AND3.2 TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AS THEY RELATE TO WORKPLACE PRACTICES AND THE INTERRELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKPLACE STRESS AND MENTAL HEALTH;

**Activities:** The charity helps employers and those working in them to be more aware of the unnecessary causes of stress in the ways in which we work with each other, provides a framework for discussing the same, and in so doing helps remove those unnecessary sources of stress leading to healthier and more effective ways of working
