Low-interost loan8 alty)w U8 to buy houses and rent them to tenants at below-mark8t rate8, provldlng homes for peopk In housing need. After five years, lenders have the opilon to renew thelr loans or be repald. Loans are repald using capital accrued frorn rents durlng the fve yeaTS along vjlth new18ndlng. Overall We welGom8d Andrew John80n to the Board a6 John Coyle stepped down. We are hugely grateful for the rol& that John played in astabllshing the charity and buying the firBt properties We look steps to improve our data protectlon and also to better Invest the capital that has been buikling before Ihe first loan repayments are due in 2026.
