TRUSTEES REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2025
The trustees present their report and accounts for the period ended 28 February 2025.
The accounts have been prepared to comply with the charity's constitution and
"Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable
to charities preparing their accounts in accordance wtth the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in Ihe UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)- (as amended for accounting
periods commenang from 1 January 2016)
Objectives and activitie8
The objects of Life Child Foundation UK are to advance such charitable purposes
(according io the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from lime to time in
particular. but not limitod to. the prevention or relief of povety or financial hardship
anywhere in the world by the provision of granl funding for education. training. healthcare
projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate
sustainable income and be self-sufficient.
Achlovements and perfomiance
In settlng our objectives and plannlng our activities the Trustees have glven careful
consideration to the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the
Charity Commission's general guidance on public benef
We have had a small number of volunteers carry out fundraising aciivikn'es to raise money
for the charity. These have induded DIY jobs being carried out, craft it8ms being sold and
various people doing sponsored walks across the country.
The grants that been distributed have had a massive impact of the Charities work that we
have supported. This has included providing free and quality education. free nutritious
meals, self sustainability projects, health Projects and a foster home.
This is the impact each area has.,
Education.. To ensure that all children are educated to a level that allows them to
become contributing members of the community.
Health and Nutrition.. To ensure that all children receive appropriate nutrition and health
care.
Social Development.. To facilitate the personal and inter-personal development and
physical security of all children allowing them to become well-adjusted family members in
the community. And to hamess the power of fun, creative and physical activities, creating
opportunities to unify the wider community.

The Statement of Financial Activities shows income for the year of £75.726 expendilure of
£80,861. resulting in a deficit of £5,135 The balance of the accumulated fund stands at
£2,753 in total.
Rlsk management
The Irustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, and are
satisfied that thal the systems are in place to mitigate exposure to the major risks.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Life Child Foundation UK
(the charity) for the year ended 28 February 2025.
ResrM)nsitMlities and basis of re[￿rt
As the trustee5 of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Art 2011 {the 2011 Act).
I report in respect of my examination of the charivs financial statements carried out under section
145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)Ib) of the 2011 Act.
Independert exarninerfs staternent
Your attention is drawn to the fact that the charity has prepared financial statements in accordance
with Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reportin8 Standard applicable in the UK and Republ￿ of Ireland IFRS 1021 in preference to the
Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice issued on l April 2CQ5
which is referred to in the extant regulations but has now been withdrawn.
l understand that this has been done in order for financial statements to provide a true and fair view
in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practice effective for reportin8 periods beginning
on or after l January 2015.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection
with the examination 8ivin8 me cause to believe that in any material respect..
l} accountin8 records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the 2011
Act.. or
21 the financial statements do not accord with those records; or
31 the financial statements do not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the form and
content of accounts set out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2tX)8 other than any
requirement that the accounts 8ive a true and fair view which is not a rnatter considered as part of
an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
financial statements to be reached.
