In planning our activities during the year, the Trustees have considered the Charity Commissions Guidance on public benefit.

The number of referrals continued to increase during the reporting dates of January 2024 to December 2024. This mainly consisted of referrals from health/social professionals and other agencies/organisations, whilst also helping with some private referrals from individuals.

We have continued to see a rise in the referral rate and assisted where possible with the delivery of support packages to families dealing with hardship and poverty.
