TRUSTEES’ REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

Objecves and acvies

The Object of the CIO is the promoon of community parcipaon in health and recreaon in the parcular by the provision of facilies for the playing of football.

In shaping our objecves for the year and planning our acvies, the trustees have considered the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. All work and services we carry out are for public benefit and the good of our local community. They are all to meet our aims and objecves.

Achievements and performance

To be completed

Financial review

The unrestricted reserves of the charity at 30 June 2024 amounted to £11,994 of which free reserves (i.e. those not ed up in fixed assets and designated funds) amounted to £3,944.

Reserves policy

use should be maintained at a level equivalent to six month's expenditure. The Trustees consider that reserves at this level will ensure that, in the event of a significant drop in funding, they will be able to connue the charity's current acvies while consideraon is given to ways in which addional funds may be raised. This level of reserves has been maintained throughout the year.

Risk management

The trustees have a duty to idenfy and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.

implements strategies to control or minimise these risks. Regular reviews of risks and controls are undertaken.
