**of people accessing our service since**
**the COVID-19 pandemic we have**
**continued to deliver a community**
**focused outreach service for people**
**with serious mental health issues taking**
**a community-based approach that is**
**fully inclusive regardless of condition,**
**diagnosis or circumstance, in other**
**words a person-centred approach to**
**wellbeing and recovery. We have**
**progressed with our joined-up**
**partnership working approach to enable**
**us not to duplicate other service offers.**
**We are able to meet some very diverse**
**and complex needs within the local**
**community. The benefit to the public is**
**that we are able to support more**
**individuals becoming non-dependent on**
**statutory organisations, a reduction in**
**attendances to the Accident and**
**Emergency departments, enabling**
**people to be embedded within their own**
**communities giving them better life**
**choices and life chances particularly**
**around people with dual diagnosis**
**where there has been also a problematic**
**misuse of alcohol.**|

**to prepare the accounts on a going**
**concern basis and, consequently, the**
**accounts do not include any**
**adjustments that would be necessary if**
