There has been no change to the governan￿ and go¥emin8 document of the charity. Trustees will be
recruited in actordance with our governing document. When a trustee steps down we will invlte
applicatlons to the board and the existing trustees will create a selection process based on
application and intervlew.
As mentioned In la# year s ￿pOrt we h•ft been successful In beln8 part of an Arts Council England
sltpported Pfoject called creati￿ Expl(￿ers.
The lirst part of fvnding has been feceTr¥ed in ihis financial year and the bulk of thls will be In the next
year when we begin the main delivery of the programmè. This is all projert based Work withln the
communitles and the plannin8 sessions and community engagement sessions have now started.
The fundlnB will be drawn down in instalments throughout the duratton of the project and
istributed a$13id down in the bid. Throughout this projert we will be working wlth new
partnerships including Ima8lneer Produ¢tion5. Artichoke, GrltArt Central and Nuneaton and
Bedworth Borough Council.
The culmination of this engagement project will be a street arts festival in Au8USt 24 and a serles of
performances in September.
