Our goals ar¢ to dcvclop tli¢ skills of young p¢opl¢, promot¢ the Islainic religion and Mouridism in Birn]ingham, and foster inclusion for marginalized individuals: 1. Social Established a welcoming space for people of all ages, background Objectives: The organization's goal is to improve the lives of young people, promote the Islamic religion and Mouridism, and encourage social inclusion in Birniingham. It aims to unite individuals of all ages, races, beliefs, and economic stamses, promoting inclusivity and tolerance. The organization addresses housing insecurities and has established a community-driven food bank to combat hunger and food insecurity. 2. Educational Support for Children.. After-school Programs.. We create a supportive leaming environment through after-school activities, tutorin sessions, and skill-building workshops. We conduct Quran teaching classes for both kids and adults every Saturday from 3 pm to 5 pm. We aim to bring families together to address social issues and raise awareness about drug abuse, gang membership, knife crime, kU]d gun Crime. 3. Network Support for the Elderly and Young People: Providing fortnI1t1Y open kitchen for service users - Offering mentorship and coaching programs for children and young adults Organizing regular social events for older people to foster companionship and mutual support 4. Bi-weekly Community Gatherings.. The bi-weekly cominunity gatherings include prayer sessions, Quran readings, recitation of Khassida (Sheikh Ahmadoll Bamba's poem), Zikhrullah (remembrance of Allah), and insightful conterences.

Open Discussions on Conimunity Plans: We will have bi-weekly gatherings to facilitate brief discussions on community plans. This inclusive dialogue will allow everyone to contribute ideas and collectively shape the future direction of our organization. Khassida Recitation- Experience the beauty of Sheikh Ahmadou Barnba'5 poetry through the recitation of Khassida. This practice enriches our cultural and spiritual heritage. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE: l. Bamba Day l Oth Edition - Fundraising Event This year was a significant milestone as we proudly hosted the l Oth edition of Bamba Day. The grand event attracted Murids, Muslims, and other faith communities from across the UK, fostering a sense of unity and celebration within our community. Over 800 attendees participated in the event. 2. Annual Magal Touba in the Royal Suite- A fundraising event. In Septeinber of this year, we organized the Greates Magal Touba in the prestigious Royal Suite in the heart of Binningham. 3. Weekly Ramadan Gatherings.. During Ramadan, the community came together for prayers, Quran readings, Khassida recitations, and the communal Iftar experience. These gatherings allowed those observing Ramadan to break their fast and allowed community members of all faiths to come together and gain a deeper understanding of Rainadan. Eid Celebration.. Eid was a time of family celebration, ernbodying the spirit of unity and happiness. The comrnunity celebrated this special day with prayers, festivities, and collective appreciation. These events and achievements demonstrate our commitment to fostering a strong community bond, cultural vibrancy, and spiritl1 development. We are excited to continue enhancing these efforts as we move forward with the district. PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIODS: Our primary goal moving fonvard is to establish a CommunitylEducation Center. This center is envisioned as a beacon of knowledge and community spirit, catering to both young adults and the elderly. It will serve as a central point for disseminating the teachings of Islam and Sheilth Ahmadou Bamba. Through this endeavor, we aim to fiuther our role as Khadimul Rassoul, the servants of the Messenger. Additionally, the center will facilitate our ability to provide spiritual and life guidance to more individuals in need. We are currently in the process of forming a council, and it would be ideal to secure our own building for this purpose.
