To encourage and help all persons to a greater knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Yoga and its practice by provision of study, education and training. To set up and operate Meditation and Yoga clubs with a view to manage spiritual, mental and body fitness-problems and diseases especially tension, anxiety, hopelessness, blood pressure, diabetes, overweight etc. through spiritual, mental, physical and breathing exercises.

Providing yoga classes for individuals from all walks of life. We have provided ladies only classes so that ladies are able to do yoga in a safe and comfortable environment.

We provided yoga classes for individuals with mental and physical disabilities.

We provided group classes and 1-to-1 sessions.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/06/2022 . Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
