Review of the period and public benefit statement

This is the first period the CIO was in operation. The CIO was registered on 16th Feb 2021, therefore the report and accounts are for the 13.5 month period.

During this period £1026 was sent to Kenya to help them purchase telecommunications equipment.

Reserves policy

The CIO holds enough in reserve to cover incidental administration costs.

All other reserves can be spent as and when required because the CIO has no salaries or overheads to cover. This policy will be reviewed should the CIO start to incur any fixed costs.

Risk assessment

The trustees are satisfied that adequate consideration has been given to the major risks that the charity is exposed to and the likelihood of these risks occurring.
